2. Service Delivery Process
Our service delivery includes:

3. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on project type and size:
Small projects: 2–7 working days
Medium projects: 7–20 working days
Large or custom projects: 20–45 working days
Exact timelines are always discussed before starting the project.
Delays caused by incomplete information or late responses from the client are not included in the delivery time.

4. Refund Policy (Google-Friendly & Clear)
Since we create custom digital solutions, refunds are limited to specific conditions.
Refunds Are Allowed Only If:
1. Work has not started after receiving the advance payment.
2. We are unable to begin your project due to a technical issue on our end.
3. A duplicate or accidental payment is made (must be reported within 24 hours).

Work has already started or research/designing has begun
Client changes idea or requirements after project starts
Client becomes unresponsive or pauses the project
Client requests features outside the original agreement
Client is not satisfied due to personal preference but the agreed work is delivered
Project has been fully or partially delivered
Cancellation request comes after development begins
Digital services are non-refundable once progress has been made.

5. Order Cancellation
A project can be cancelled only before work begins.
Once development starts, cancellation is not possible because resources, labour and time are already invested.

Correct project details
Accurate requirements
Valid contact information
Any incorrect or misleading information provided by the client may affect delivery time and refund eligibility.
